**St. Louis, MO.***(November 28, 2012)* – The [Missouri Auto Dealers Association (MADA)](http://www.mada.com/ "Mada homepage")announced it has reached a cross-promotional and sales representation agreement with the St. Louis Post Dispatch. Effective December 1, automotive account representatives from the Post Dispatch will handle sales and service for CarSoup.com.

CarSoup.com is a premier automotive site providing new and used vehicle listings and shopping information for consumers. The CarSoup.com site in St. Louis is owned and operated by MADA.

The St. Louis Post Dispatch has been a promotional partner for the site providing print advertising as well as online advertising on its website STLtoday.com. The new agreement dramatically increases the scope and level of promotion.

Post Dispatch automotive account representatives fully trained by CarSoup.com personnel will call on and service dealers across the entire St. Louis market area in Missouri and Illinois.

“The Post Dispatch has a sales infrastructure that would take us years to build,” said President and CEO of MADA, Sam Barbee. “They are providing CarSoup.com with access to representatives who are in local dealerships every day. They know advertising. They know digital and they know automotive. This will increase our service level seven fold, so I’m very excited for 2013 and beyond.”

“CarSoup.com is local. Our business is local. CarSoup.com has technology that can stand up against any site in the world. They have a new suite of mobile products that are best in class,” explained Rob Young, Vice President of Classified and Retail Advertising for the Post Dispatch. “This partnership brings us closer to the needs and desires of the local dealer we do business with every day. This is a very significant relationship and we plan on supporting the product in many new and exciting ways. Our reps will start visiting the stores shortly with all the information and a few fun surprises!”

“It’s a win for St. Louis area car shoppers, it’s a win for our dealers, it’s a win for the paper, and it’s a win for MADA and CarSoup.com. That’s a win to the fourth power! That’s how business is in the 21st century,” added Sam Barbee.
