UPDATED: [Automobile Magazine](http://www.automobilemag.com/features/news/1403-gm-expands-ignition-switch-recall-to-more-model-years/) is reporting that General Motors expanded its ignition switch recall and is recalling several other vehicles for issues not related to the ignition switch.

Ignition Switch Recalls
General Motors’ ignition switch recall now totals nearly 2.6 million vehicles:

  1. 2005-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt
  2. 2006-2011 Chevrolet HHR
  3. 2003-2007 Saturn Ion
  4. 2007-2010 Saturn Sky
  5. 2007-2010 Pontiac G5
  6. 2006-2010 Pontiac Solstice

If your vehicle is affected by the recall, please contact your GM dealer to arrange a service appointment. In the meantime, GM recommends removing everything from your key ring except your car key.

Full-Size Trucks, Chevrolet Cruze Recalls
On Saturday, March 29, 2014 G.M. announced two additional recalls, unrelated to the ignition switch issue.

More than 490,000 full-size trucks with six-speed automatic transmissions due to faulty oil cooling lines:

  1. 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
  2. 2014 GMC Sierra 1500
  3. 2015 Chevorlet Suburban
  4. 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe
  5. 2015 GMC Yukon & Yukon XL

G.M. is recalling roughly 200,000 Cruzes to replace a faulty right front axle half shaft.

  1. 2013-14 Chevrolet Cruze, 1.4L four-cylinder engine
