Ignition Switch Recalls
General Motors’ ignition switch recall now totals nearly 2.6 million vehicles:
- 2005-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt
- 2006-2011 Chevrolet HHR
- 2003-2007 Saturn Ion
- 2007-2010 Saturn Sky
- 2007-2010 Pontiac G5
- 2006-2010 Pontiac Solstice
If your vehicle is affected by the recall, please contact your GM dealer to arrange a service appointment. In the meantime, GM recommends removing everything from your key ring except your car key.

Full-Size Trucks, Chevrolet Cruze Recalls
On Saturday, March 29, 2014 G.M. announced two additional recalls, unrelated to the ignition switch issue.
More than 490,000 full-size trucks with six-speed automatic transmissions due to faulty oil cooling lines:
- 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
- 2014 GMC Sierra 1500
- 2015 Chevorlet Suburban
- 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe
- 2015 GMC Yukon & Yukon XL
G.M. is recalling roughly 200,000 Cruzes to replace a faulty right front axle half shaft.
- 2013-14 Chevrolet Cruze, 1.4L four-cylinder engine
