Thursday, May 15, 2014 | General Motors announces five new recalls affecting another 3 million vehicles in the U.S.

The Issue

Affected Vehicles
More than 140,000 cars in the U.S. are affected, including:

  1. 2014 Chevrolet Malibu, specifically those equipped with 2.5-liter engines and stop/start tech

If Your Vehicle is Affected

The Fix
GM will upgrade the software on the electronic control module of affected cars for free.
