Used 2017 Subaru WRX STI Limited

Up for sale is a clean, adult driven, well-maintained, and tastefully upgraded 2017 Subaru WRX STI in White. This car has never seen a MN winter! I picked it up from TN in the spring with about 92K miles after it just got a new OEM Type RA Short block installed along with the typical 100K maint including timing belt, water pump and spark plugs. At around 96K TGK Auto here in Hugo replaced the transmission and associated components (clutch, flywheel, etc). I'll list out the maintenance and updates below.

The body and undercarriage are virtually rust-free, the paint looks great with typical chips here and there for a 9 year old car.
I just put it into winter mode reinstalled the factory tires with all seasons, raised it up an inch or two and changed the oil. I decided this is as far as I want to take this car so let's see if someone else wants to take it to the next level or enjoy it as is!

I have some of the factory pieces like the air box, front grill and maybe some other things I can throw in too.

Engine, Maintenance & Reliability

- Type RA Short Block (Installed at 92k miles engine has 8k miles)
- IAG Air-Oil Separator (AOS)
- Cobb SF Instake and Box
- Overtake Turbo inlet hose & new hoses for TMIC and bypass valve
- Replacement Transmission (92k miles at install) & components replaced by TGK Auto (Documentation included)
- ETune by CSTune. Stage 1+ only.
- Accessport with tune included.
- Timing belt, water pump, and spark plugs replaced at 92k
- Rear diff flush with Motul 300
- Front and transmission were done with the transmission replacement
- Coolant drain and refill
- AC clutch and belts replaced
- Replace cabin air filter
- I changed the oil 3x since I've had it with Penzoil Platinim high mileage and used K&N oil filters

Wheels & Tires

- Currently on stock STI wheels wrapped in all-season tires. the stock wheels could use some love, which is why they're the winters.

Full Transparency / Known Notes

- Power Steering The system has no leaks, but the steering stiffens up intermittently during turns. Highly likely an air intrusion issue at the suction hose clamp/O-ring. priced accordingly so the next owner can easily address it.
- The black front lip should be replaced (easy find on amazon or online).
- TPMS light is on. just needs to be paired
- headlight light is on due to aftermarket lights
